Private Pay Rates

$175- Initial Consultation
$125 per 50-minute session

** Sliding scale rates are offered to a limited number of clients who demonstrate financial need.**

Insurance

The following insurances are currently accepted:

• Carelon Behavioral Health in Virginia and South Carolina

• Anthem EAP in Virginia and South Carolina

• Cigna in Virginia and South Carolina

• Quest Behavioral Health in Virginia and South Carolina

• Kaiser Permanente of the Mid Atlantic in Virginia

• Aetna in Virginia and South Carolina

 Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be  covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for                    psychotherapy services. I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

1. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

2. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

3. Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

4. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment
I accept all major credit cards and HSA as payment. Superbill can be provided for FSA reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged a $75 missed appointment fee.
